What is 'DBA_USERS' in SAP context?

'dba_users' is name of the table in Oracle Database that stores the
list of SAP system users, such as:

SYS
SYSTEM
SAP<SID>
OPS$<HOSTNAME>\<SAPSID>ADM
OPS$<HOSTNAME>\SAPSERVICE<SAPSID>
